Yes, but research indicates that's a rare result of an already rare disease (myocarditis). Couple that with the fact that we don't have enough data on the relationship between Coronavirus and myocarditis and it seems unhelpful to mention. We have enough fear and worry with Coronavirus, so it's important that we bring statistical context into these conversations.Fwiw, googling reveals severe myocarditis can cause permanent heart damage.
