CU at Texas Tech 11/9 @ 2pm MT on FOX

So I DM'd @RK (my first Twitter DM, no big deal) to recommend Evie Maes to him as well. I was actually nervous that the DNVR team might go and not enjoy it. I didn't care if you 35 year old allbuffs mouth breathers went and hated it, but I didn't want to ruin part of the DNVR trip. I probably wasn't the only one who recommended it, but they went and it looks like they loved it. So don't just take my word for it, anyone on allbuffs in Lubbock this weekend should take DNVR's word for it and check it out!

Looking at the score prediction thread you all are alot more confident than I am. Lubbock is an underrated place to play, they lead the Big 12 in scoring and we all know how good Brooks is. I know CP has us focused on what can be accomplished but at the same time there's been a lot of talk nationally about CU over the past week and how we're suddenly a legit contender to make the CFP. I still think we win tomorrow but am a bit nervous about this one.

I’m very nervous.

FWIW, TT fans are pretty confident that we're going to put a 50 burger in them.

They feel their defense is absolutely terrible and will get picked apart.

One fan jokingly said we'd score 150 on them, but he was corrected by another TT fan, saying that's too much, but half that is in the realm of possibility.

Im not getting a sense they are confident. On twitter they want to talk about everything but the game.

another big one for our Buffs.

let's get this done. we all need some joy. I am sure there are plenty of nice people in Lubbock. they can't all be like the t-shirt taint. buy a good one a drink while you are down there.

They can score, but we have a good defense. We can score and their defense is atrocious. CU is a bad matchup for them.

TTU was not impressive in the win vs ISU. Watching that game, I thought ISU was a solid, efficient, tough team that had one of those "carnival of errors" days in bad weather and simply couldn't execute well enough to put the game away. My impression of TTU was that they are very mediocre with nothing they're great at and a lot of things they're subpar at.

Watching that game I kept thinking...both of these QBs suck.

Iowa State is a well coached team that lacks talent.

Becht ain't it.

I tore my ACL playing against the Lubbock Lazers in an indoor soccer game roughly 30 years ago. Their doctors gave me Aleve and sent me on my way. "Douche Bag" does not begin to explain the support I received at their local hospital.

After I left the hospital, I beat a local loudmouth in a 50 dash in the parking lot of an Applebees (again with a torn ACL), following a multi-hour beer drinking session.

Takeaway: That town is full of slow idiots. CU by 15
