CU Depth Chart for RMS

The only thing I see wrong with the depth chart is this...Winfree and Shenault have to be the starting two on the outside, period.

Winfree is working on a hamstring injury. He may not be full speed and you’ll see Shenault most of the time week one.

I believe They were 14 point favorites over Hawaii and got shredded at home. CSU could be in for a very long agonizing season.
As has been mentioned, their offense should be able to move the ball. Unlike the defense, I feel like the offense can definitely make strides and be more consistent throughout the game rather than just the final quarter. Our defense is far better than anything Hawaii put out there, though, so I don’t expect CSU making as much noise as they did late in the game yesterday. I’m thinking more like a 41-20 kind of game.

Specifically, our DBs are nothing like Hawai'i. I'm looking forward to the matchup between CSU's WRs and our young CBs, but I'm especially looking forward to our safeties dealing with their receivers as they catch the ball.

I really think CU could name their score if they wanted to and I am not sure I've ever said that about the CU/CSU game. That CSU defense is absolutely horrendous. 2012 CU defense bad.

You know MM will be too nice to roll up the score, but CU’s offense is way better than UH and our defense is worlds better than UH. I think CU could throw 80 on the Rams if they wanted.

But mainly, I’d love to shut them out, so we are back even with having as many shutouts of CSU as they have wins against us.

They only let it rip because they were down 30 and no choice but to start throwing the ball.....its going to be worse than 41-20.

They are going to throw everything out there so, I'm hoping, our guys are focused and ready to go. Take care of business.

Remember what CSU did to Oregon State last year in their first game? They followed that up by scoring 3 against CU the next week.

CU’s biggest adversary this week will be CU. Don’t get overconfident. Don’t get caught looking ahead to the game against the fuskers next week.

Fight CU down the field
CU must win
Fight, fight for victory
CU knows no defeat
We’ll roll up a mighty score
Never give in

Shoulder to shoulder
We will fight, fight
Fight Fight Fight!

Depth chart is fine, looks like they are finally looking to play the best guy no matter what, and injuries make a player a little less effective, even if they are an older player, so next guy up. Getting to run up the score and play more guys is so important, and with the new Redshirt rule, it could be so valuable, and we have at least 2 chances to do it, if we are focused against CSU and NH. Come out hungry and fast, run up the score, give Montez some confidence and good stats, and then get ready for the Little Red. Landman feels like the next greatest CU Linebacker that could make a run at a Butkus!

With Moretti's physical challenges, are they possibly feeling that he would be better served as a Guard so that he can move within a smaller area, and save himself until he can fully recover and be the player he wants to be?
