I had a seminar with Professor Limerick back in the 90s. Per article she is still a professor, just fired as director of the center she founded in the 80s. Seems her peers are outraged.
Academia politics must be brutal.
Which narrative? The records of their opponents?

And yet, she'd actually teach students something. I'm not sure what Dorrell is teaching. Opportunity cost isn't something that RG seems to understand at all.

She couldn't possibly be any worse than Dorrell.
From the article:
"Limerick earned $30,400 for her role as faculty director of the center in 2022, with the position listed as 2.5% of a full-time employee. In 2021, she earned $28,881 for her work at the center. She remains a tenured history professor at the university."
That has to be a misprint. No way a 2.5% FTE job pays $30k. That would be equal to $1.2M for a FT position. I would think it was a 1/4 FTE position (25%).
I did the math in my head too and came to the same conclusion.
