Games this weekend 12/1-12/2

Damn! tOSU showing a lot more speed than Wiscy. But he was OB at the one or two.

EDIT: tOSU up 21-7. Not looking good for the Badgers ... but still a lot of football to be played.

I think I may need to switch to the B1G game if Clemson gets the next score in the ACC. 21-0 is a mountain to overcome, but there's a ton of time left.

21-7 Ohio State.

Looks like neither game is going to be a great one.

Wisconsin just doesn't have the speed to keep up with the Buckeyes.

Richt keeps trying these horizontal plays against Clemson. That is not going to work against a D with this kind of speed.

If Barrett could actually pass instead of just throwing the ball up there this game would be long over. Ohio State has had multiple receivers open for TDs only to have the pass thrown in another zip code.

After watching PAC12 football all year looking at B1G QBs is like watching a HS game.

If there was a 6 team playoff set up like the NFL playoffs with byes for the top 2 teams, P5 conf champs + the highest ranked Go5 champ get in.

If these scores hold it would look like this:
1. Clemson
2. Oklahoma
3. Georgia
4. Ohio State
5. USC
6. UCF

I wouldn't be upset if the committee was eliminated. I think it would incentivize more quality OOC games, more $$$ to be made in P5 matchups than in Bama vs. Mercer or Clemson vs. The Citadel.

Hornibrook can make throws. Looks like he's accepting that he's going to have to throw his recievers open

I love the idea of 6 teams because it's a reward for being Top 2 and I believe that is earned. Exactly how the NFL playoffs is. However, it's hard to justify the $$$ when you could have 8 teams and be getting paid by the networks for a 7-game playoff instead of a 5-game playoff.

I think the mechanics of it are just a little cleaner. I can't see putting 3 Go5 champs in, and I dislike the idea of a team that loses its conference winning the national title. Reality is that 8 teams with either all 8 selected by committee, or 5 auto bids to P5 champs is probably what will happen.

Ohio State probably needed a boat race or really needs to put the foot down on Wisconsin now.

They've been out since that 30 point loss to Iowa IMO. I don't have a problem with Clemson-Alabama part III in the Sugar Bowl.

A blowout here would've given them a chance, I think.

And, yeah, they probably keep Alabama and UGA apart and put OU and UGA in the Rose Bowl.
