Been a tough game on the boards against two very big centers for GCU. They’ve been part of some good “team” rebounds by boxing out and letting a guard get to the ball.
A lot of pine time with a lot of early fouls, and then getting neutralized by the two big centers that GCU has.

Damn I’ve been extremely impressed by the buffs this half. Our depth will be key to winning games like this going forward. Love to see it!

This is a really talented team and so much fun to watch
Is it really a win if Jessup doesn't get on the court?
That was a really satisfying win, pretty clean game, never really got behind, but just close and tense before pulling away late.
18-21 on free throws, 7 team turnovers. Possibly the only way to enjoy a game while getting out rebounded 33-20.
Tad says GCU’s bigs are Pac caliber. Not happy they shot over 50% and out rebounded us. Turnovers were the difference. We pushed the pace in the second half. When it was crunch time Kin took over. Tad would like Tennessee again. Team is cherishing competing. Great chemistry and cohesion. And finally, Tad wishes all you schmucks a merry Christmas!
GCU has a tough team there. They know how to play to their strengths. CU was just better. McKinley was amazing. Eli is an elite defender. Home doesn't need much space to get that jumper off, he hit some big time shots. Did Jabari even play in the 2nd Half? The dude has skills as a Frosh. Get him in Tad. Buffs will be tough to beat if Battey has a good game.
