Games thread- MEN'S BBALL on the road at USC (Thursday, 1/12/23, 7:00 PM MT; Pac 12 Network) & #7 UCLA (Saturday, 6:00 PM MT, Fox)

CU not handling the defensive pressure from UCLA well.

Like our talent in future years but how much could this team use a guy like Kin who could negate that defensive pressure and use it against them.

Okay - you cannot come down on the ball as hard as that guy did when he knocked it out of Hammond's hands and not be coming down on the arms, too. I can't imagine many guys getting away with that.

We're getting a lot of shots blocked.

That's fine. Stay aggressive. Don't let it get in your heads as players.

It's one of the most overrated stats. 4 things can happen, 2 benefit you, 1 is neutral and 1 benefits the defense.

It's either a foul, a loose ball to a teammate getting the ball against a defense that's out of position, out of bounds to you, or the ball goes to them. Plus, when a team gets block happy their weak side rotations & rebounding usually goes to sh!t.

So stay aggressive and don't worry about it.
