According to the high school and college rules (most of which are the same), it is. Memo to the entire board-Shut the **** up about the officials. Seriously. This team is down double digits to one of the worst teams in CBB.

Yeah, he simply can't be out there against smaller athletes. If he was providing rim protection and put back ability, he'd be worth the minutes, but his hands are just SOOOOO bad.
