I wouldn’t say minimal. He was one of the most devoted film watchers during his time. He’s got a very high football IQ. Is he elite as a scheme/gameplan coach? No. Average? Probably.

The next Cowboys coach IMHO is not even on that list ...
I’m not sure if this is posted elsewhere or even true, but I remember discussing this issue when Prime was hired. It will be interesting to see how long leadership provides air cover for his overt Christianity.

I mean, we had this same conversation last year and he hired Robert Livingston. He's upgraded coaches and personnel each offseason so I think he deserves the botd here.
