Agreed. The rule is fine, the penalty for it is absolutely stupid.

Well, most of us have pretty much felt that LSU was the best team in the country except for QB most years for the past decade or so. I think this season puts an exclamation point on that opinion.

I’ve always thought that tackling with the crown like he did is what endangers the defender.

Basketball refs can handle two levels of fouls; there's no reason football refs couldn't - especially with replay.

Targeting 1 = 15 yards, just like an unnecessary roughness.

Love the Dr. Pepper Fansville campaign, but "Big Fan" was stupid. Like, "Bud Knight" level stupid. I pity anyone who found either of those ad finales funny.

It was really sad seeing Earl Campbell. He looked so worn down and he’s a year younger than I. He was such a beast back in the day. Ran over Steve Foley like a locomotive. Knocked Foley clean out.
