Official 2025 Fall Camp Thread

Don't be at all surprised when our leading rusher at the end of the season is #3.

And yes, that was going to be the case whether Hayden was hurt, or we added 10 more RBs.
I don't think we need him over 1k like in 2023, but we need him over 500 while getting his completion percentage over 60%. I feel confident in his ball security, too, with 3/1 or better TD/INT being something he has delivered throughout his college career.

From what the DNVR guys have said and noticed in a lot of clips, they are repping a lot of 2 back sets where Taylor is almost always one of the RBs out there. I think Taylor is going to play a lot more than people think.

For more context, I heard Shurmur and Prime had a ton of offensive plans/packages specifically for Dylan Edwards and didn’t get to use any of them once he left. Taylor fills that role nicely and I think they want to use him a lot.
I'm totally down with Taylor being that guy if that is the case

He'll hit between 650-750 yds next season. Book it.

God this RB room is still just ****in gross. I miss Jarek Broussard. I miss Alex Fontenot.

Why would marshall Faulk and/or Flea Harrell make me feel those feelings

Sounds like Hayden is hurt again, or atleast he was out the last few days last week.

Man, I just don’t understand why the staff was ok going into the season with the personnel they had at RB. Your top two RB’s were hurt for a big portion of the year last year.
Doesn't concern me much as Dre-lon Miller and Kam Mikell are both talented RBs.

edit: and with #3 getting a good chunk of the carries.

Should be easy to gameplan

ESPN yesterday: "Prior to a preseason scrimmage on Saturday, Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders revealed that his offensive line has been plagued by injuries in fall camp. It's unclear which players are injured, but Colorado's depth will likely be tested up front."
