Omg I’ve been out. Was it as glorious as I imagine?
They were down 27-7, rallied to make it 27-20 then raiola got hurt on a play where he should have just slid. They got the ball back with about 1.5 minutes left, backup qb hits some nice chunk plays then throws a pick that took an insane bounce off a UCLA player's knee.

You just gotta love nub moral victories!

I had one try to smack talk me during their game I think about the Osborne era. They know they're going to lose out.
 
I really have to wonder if the Nebraska football program is going to bottom out now. They are basically on their third straight Dan Hawkins / Mike Mac type era. Could they have something Dorrell-esque in their future?
 
If his point is that they, as fans, really need to dial back their expectations and accept the warm embrace of mediocrity, then yeah, he has a point. I tend to believe that he is advocating the fans become even more insufferable douchebags than they already are. Because that would naturally lead to more wins, right?

He was advocating that they accept reality and lower expectations.
