You don't want Urban anywhere near your operation as anything but your deal with the devil. Give him total control, stick your head in the sand, and hope he wins a national championship for you before you make national news for being home to the most loathsome behavior in the sport.
Worth it.
And I say that because at Utah and tOSU they passed the baton while keeping all of his systems and recruiting operations in place. What he installs for a college football organization works exceptionally well. Just need him to leave before he becomes an embarrassment and not be arrogant dumbasses like UF (who thought it was them and hired externally for a different approach when Urban had to leave there for "health problems").
