OSU game fallout thread

This game was completely on MM. His old fashioned ideas of taking his foot off the gas and playing backups at times that make no ****ing sense (31-3 in the early 3rd quarter is still about 2 scores from where any coach with sense starts down-shifting) are what lost this game. He's weak minded, and too much of that **** rubs off on his team.

MM has to go. HAS to go.

It doesn’t seem like CU’s mo to fire a coach with six wins. That is the peak and we might be stuck
Pretty much. They ain't firing a guy with a winning record & who started 5-0 & who has a no insignificant buyout. No matter how many fans would demand it. Sorry.

Yeah I'm actually very slow to turn on coaches or players, I tend to be pretty forgiving with a "well, this is football" kinda attitude, but this loss actually really pissed me off. I want contrition and a big change. Unacceptable to saunter out there as if you're ****ing Alabama against the worst team in the conference and stumble around, eventually get up 31-3, and then just hope the opponent sucks enough to still lose if you stop playing, and then LOSE AT HOME BY A TOUCHDOWN.

Just not acceptable. Can't write that off as "well that's football". I'm tired of making bad teams look good. Good teams don't make bad teams look good, bad teams do. All the evidence is showing us we're a bad team still, and I don't want to hear any more BS about how "we're on the rise" until I see that's not true. On the rise? No. Obviously not. Not THAT terrible? Maybe. That's the best I'll give this team right now.

This was awful. So bad.

But, we will overreact.

Then we will beat Arizona by multiple scores on the road. And we will overreact to that.

This was worse than Hawk in Kansas. At least there he had a legitimate conflict of interest in trying to get Cody a passing record. Our second half coaching was the worst coaching performance I have ever seen at any level. I have never seen a team out-coached as much as I saw in that game. But we don’t have the money to fire HCMM, That’s just a fact.

He'll get paid out over time-no Sumlin or Graham type of clause in his contract saying he needs to be paid out in 2 months or whatever right?

Need to hope MM wins one or two more for our sake and to lure some poor program into hiring him

Utah and WSU will mudhole us of course. But people still talking on here like we can beat AZ or CAL on the road. LMFAO. No ****ing way. This is a 5-7 team guaranteed (and really, if we had even an average OOC schedule, we'd be 3-9).
