Other Games 10/29 - 11/2 Buffs bye week.

Assuming both CU and ISU win out, wouldn't the first tiebreaker be overall record? They'd only have 1 loss, we have two.

It only goes by conference record. Looks like the first tiebreaker would be record against common opponents since we don't play ISU. And I don't know how we stack up against common opponents with ISU but I'm confident someone on here will get on that

KSU and TT are going to be the two that matter. If we beat TT, we would likely move to the next tiebreaker.

I don't think ISU wins out. Their schedule isn't exactly hard, but I was very unimpressed. They get K State at home, I guess, but their loss today notwithstanding, I think K State is better than ISU.

Is tonight the night we scream fraud for Pitt? I’ve lost too much money betting against them. But I’m skeptical.
Big XII getting two CFP teams would be in such better shape if Cincy and West Va. both hadn't flubbed away games to Pitt.

I think SMU beats them by 17+

According to Howell we still need another ISU loss

We need CU to win out. That’s the first point of order.

If that were to happen, CU is in with another ISU loss. Preferably to Cincinnati, but KSU works too.

If both CU and ISU win out, CU could still eke in. The first tiebreaker is record against common opponents. In the scenario both CU and ISU win out, both would have same record against common opponents (1 loss). Then it's record against highest ranked conference opponent. ISUs loss would be against Tech and CUs loss would be against KSU. KSU is currently 4th in the standings and Tech is 5th, and in the scenario that both CU and ISU win out they would each have one more loss than they currently have. I'm not sure why KSU currently has the tiebreaker vs tech, but presumably they'd still have it at the end of the season.

So- in that scenario we need CU to win out, AND KSU to lose to one other team than ISU and tech to only lose to us.

The last path (this would require a miracle given their schedule) is for BYU to lose two.

UDub will not be kind if they smell blood against USC.

Juju is watching.
