Couldn't have gone better for CU. Hung losses on Oklahoma and Louisville but also took such a bad loss to SMU that there's no way they could be a threat in the rankings.
Now Herman could really put a cherry on top by flirting with UT all December and leaving them at the altar for LSU.
No I was told that Herman sucks now because he lost two games.

Never thought Louisville was a good team. They have a phenomenal QB, a good DC, but not much else. Their Oline is horrible. It's amazing how much Jackson carries that team.
Louisville benefits by playing an ACC schedule which has just enough good teams, but plenty of rest games.

I think we would've jumped Louisville anyway if both teams had won out but this removes any doubt.
I'm awaiting the .gif of the O-Lineman just falling on his ass before the snap.

Pac-12 looking very good for a playoff spot now. With Louisville out, and either UM or OSU losing to the other one, Washington should be in if they win out. And, of course, we are still in the mix if we win our next three. That's just crazy to think about.

The Rose Bowl is back in play
If we were to win our next two and UW won their next two, we probably go to the Rose Bowl either way. Unless we somehow were to win the CCG and find our way into the playoff. At which point we can argue again whether it would be better to play Ohio State or Michigan in the Rose Bowl or Alabama in the Peach Bowl or whatever the **** it's called now.
