Other games weekend of 11/17-11/19

SIAP ... but if I'm not mistaken, wasn't ND officially eliminated from bowl eligibility today?

Who do we want in this OU/WVU game? OU to slip to 3 losses or WVU to go to 2?

For the Buffs, I'd say it's best to have the Sooners win. WVU winning will result in them not only jumping, but then becoming a for-sure contender for the playoff. You guys have the advantage of having a better-perceived conference, and having a conference championship game. 2 2-loss teams being conference champions + you winning an actual championship would give you guys an edge against the Sooners.

We want OU to avoid a 1-loss Big 12 Champ. But we sure as **** don't want them to blow WVU out. Early part of this game is making me anxious with the Sooners quickly up 14-0.

shouldn't someone have stepped up in the design process of these OU "3rd uniforms".....and said: isn't that Nebraska's helmet?

there is kind of a history, there.

Yeah ... there is. But the funny thing about that is that back in the days before the history you're referring to took place ... you know, when dinosaurs roamed the earth and Bud Wilkinson was their coach, OU actually wore white helmets with a red stripe and the nubs wore red helmets. True fact.

Plus now that they're not in the same conference anymore, I'm pretty sure OU doesn't give two ****s about it.

WVU is a freakin train wreck

Yeah ... ABC's featured game of the week is not at all living up to expectations. Maybe a good thing that Chris doesn't have to emote much during the call of the game ... I'm sure he's emotionally spent after the CU game, just like the rest of us.

any chance one of the big boys might give Holgerson a look is taking a dive tonight. WVU looks undisciplined to the point of disbelief. not to mention 2 red zone fumbles.

I'm really hoping UCLA tries their tough guy BS with USC tonight. Could be chippy and might get some fights out of it.

Stanford's win was good for the CU resume today.
Not if you believe some of the twats on twitter who say that our win against Stanford does not count as a victory against a Top 25 since they were not in the Top 25 when we played them.

I really, really like ISU. They have some good players there in Aimes.

i've seen ISU a couple times.....they do some good things. been on the wrong end of some tough scores but fun to watch. i wonder if Kliff will feel some heat on the seat.....he's way over-due for it imo.

WVU takes the 2nd half kick, drives to the OU 25. their 4th and 3 playcall......pick 6 the other way.

stadium about half empty. 11 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

Idots. Doesn't matter what a team was ranked when you played them. A lot of times their rank at that time only means the voters were wrong. Kind of like the ranks that Notre Dame, UCLA and Texas have had at certain points this season. With UCLA, do some people think that Texas A&M beat an excellent team while CU beat a ****ty team?
