Other games weekend of 11/3-11/5

Not to be insensitive but I thought Minnesota was a bad matchup for the Huskers even with a healthy TA. They're kinda like us. Well coached and I love their DBs, they put them on islands and it helps them stuff the run. Leidner is meh, but experienced as is most of the team.

That's a bad loss, basically on a historical level for them. Will be interesting to see how they respond. :)

Joey Galloway: SEC East may be the worst division in college football. Spread in the conference championship game could be 80.

UW is not looking like a Top 4 team tonight.

These past three games without pash rushing specialist Joe Mathis have exposed UWs defense. If he's back they beat USC. If not toss up.

This is the third in the past four games being on the road in conference for UW. I'm not worried about them solely because they have already far exceeded my expectations for the year.

I would LOVE to see a UW-CU title game. They are my two favorite teams in college football. I'm happy for both schools right now!

Uhh ... Minnesota?

NU is 2-2 against teams with winning records. There are no gimmies left for them with the 3 games left. If TA is out for MN it won't be good for their chances. They were the definition of a paper tiger and over ranked by a mile.

Cal has a really good offense, fellas.

I'm not surprised that they've scored 20 in the first half. I'm also not surprised that they gave up 35.

I'll be very surprised if this game isn't a 3 TD game by the end.

Huskies stopped playing with their food. Cal will be forced to go one dimensional against an elite secondary.

It was nice to see the grossly overrated **** **** fuskers get exposed today. **** ****braska!

if i were ranking the p12 as of this weekend, it would look like this:

1. uw (no losses, and it looks like they will win tonight, pederson is a good coach).
2. wsu (no conference losses; the pirate has them clicking).
3. usc (we were lucky they dropped a couple games before their dumbass coach figured things out).
4. utah (they are really good upfront; i am not sure they can score if they get behind).
5.CU (i like our schemes, etc.; i am not sure we have the athletes to finish the season).
6. stanford (just not their year).
7. ucla (a lot of athletes, but nuclear meltdown underway).
8. cal (they just don't have the athletes to compete right now, across the board).
9. oregon (coaching problem; lots of athletes, no identity).
10. asu (overmatched in a conference that has gotten really good).
11. osu (just not nearly enough players to compete in this league).
12. ua (rich rod is done; they aren't good).

we can win this league. we can absolutely win our last 3 and we can give either uw or wsu all they can handle in the champ game.

we're on a ride and there will be bumps ahead.

Too bad the pundits on the east coast aren't watching Udub dismantle Cal at this late hour. They might think twice about ranking Ohio State over Washington in the playoffs sweepstakes.

I agree of course on washington, usc would be second, utah and wsu ahead of cu? I put CU 3rd.

Lol my bad I always struggle with syntax. ESL so I have a tendency to construct my paragraphs backwards or confusing.:ROFLMAO:

Oh ... no worries. If English is your second language, you have much more proficiency in it than I do in any other language. And actually, as I ruminate on it ... it wasn't so much the syntax as that it seemed more like a non-sequitur, in that we were talking about the Suckeyes pounding the Nubs, and all of a sudden Minnesota comes into the picture. I must have been slow on the uptake, because others seemed to know to what you were referring.

Anyway ... **** bailer, **** the nubs, and GO BUFFS!!

uw looks good. i think we can beat them-- if we get through our last 3, unbeaten, i think we will give them all they can handle. if we get into the championship game, i won't be dreading it like i did toward then end of our b12 appearances.

i don't think uw will be the most athletic team we have played this year-- they are very well coached.

At this point I'm staying up to see if UW can hang 2 more TDs on Cal and get to 80. **** Dykes!

Methinks UDub is sending a vociferous message to the Committee, I does.

They have some great athletes at wr and rb and browning is killing it. I would imagine mathis will be back soon on defense for huskies?

I would have USC as #2, Utah as #3, CU as #4 and WSU as #5 then the rest the same.

Nevada at New Mexico is kind of fun for the Colorado ties. Ty Gangi (former CU walkon) starts at QB for Nevada. Austin Apodaca (former Silver Creek HS prep) starts at QB for New Mexico. Lobos only have 1 loss in the MW and are still alive to win the conference. 28-14 Lobos on ESPNU.

The ESPN comment about how the Beyes could jump UW in the CFP rankings is exactly what I hate. They said the Beyes have beat more ranked teams. Why were those teams they beat ranked and not the ones UW beat? They mentioned that even PSU was ranked after they beat the Beyes. Well PSU was ranked only because they beat the Beyes. UofM absolutley sodomized PSU. ESPN was sucking Beye off for gang raping #10 NU. Let me tell you: not once this year was NU anywhere close to the 10th best team in college football. The whole thing is a self-licking ice cream cone for much of the media.
