Doubt the Nebraska game gets replayed if it doesn't get played tomorrow (which is apparently what's being discussed), which means they lose a sure win and only play 11. A loss to us would surely be an even bigger hit to their chances of reaching 6 wins.

kNU was already at a disadvantage with us playing last night and having an extra day to recover and prepare.

Even if they play it late tonight that will mess up what they would have done tomorrow. Play it in the morning and it puts them even further off schedule.

Ah. I didn't know it kicked off. Although I'd be shocked if the contract didn't assume a completed game. My bet is that their travel costs will be covered if the game can't get played, but that's it.

And that would leave a big hole in their budget. These body bag games really are critical for small school athletics budgets.
