Your first paragraph is correct. Entirely consistent with what Prime said.
I don’t know the answer to your last question. I was just addressing the rule/exception language used by Prime that I find entirely consistent, but you don’t.

I mean, I guess I didn't think that anyone here thought that Prime was this paragon of rationality and decision making. He is brash and ego-centric (like every head football coach), and will play favorites and say weird **** (like every head football coach). However, he's also Deion ****ing Sanders and will get us squared away
Numbers should be assigned to AllBuffers. A lot of zeros would be handed out.

What's seriously ****ing weird is that 3 of the past 6 coaches at CU have recruited their son to play here, and 2 of those were QB1s.
According to Dave Plati (back in 2009), there had only (at the time) been 10 QBs to start for their HC dad. I think that includes Riley Dodge, who was the starter for his dad at UNT. The only one I can think of since then is Gunnar Gundy starting a game for Mike Gundy last year.

Do you all remember that one dude that you played with that was always desperate to get #69? Never played, had a lineman's number, but went about 5'10 150 and the thing was a dress on him. But boy, did he milk the sh!t outta having that number.
I played on a softball team that had an extra jersey made with number 69. It was a smaller size so that it would fit most guys really tight, and we required guys to wear it as a punishment for bad behavior. (Things like no showing games, or forgetting beer when it was their turn.)
We had to discontinue it, because some guys got seriously bent out of shape when they were told they had to wear it.
If there ever was any doubt what the N stands for.

Read the ****ing thread title- it's "Spring Practices Thread-2023." My post was on topic, relevant, and correctly placed given that:
A) It discusses a 2023 spring practice.
B) It creates context by which to judge CU's practice videos.
C) It features a CU opponent from the upcoming season.
and
D) It is NEVER the wrong place to make fun of the ****ing huskers.
Both you and the mod can get all the way ****ed.

Maybe Coach Prime needs to rethink the RB room and recruit several out of the portal. Nothing against Mr. Offerdahl personally, he is a poster boy for the 2022 season.
Well tbf Deion Smith and Dylan Edwards were out today, but I agree. Hoping they get one more out of the portal.
