The 2021-2022 Coaching Carousel

Rolovich is nailing his 95 theses to the doors of a Pullman church as we speak.
He said he was Catholic, not Lutheran. Nailing notes to Cathederals is uniquely Lutheran.

unless, that is, that you’re making the point that, like Luther, Rolovich is currently Catholic and is calling for a reformation of the church, and then I can kind of see where you’re going with this.

There's also the small problem of an anti-vax Catholic going against the friggin' Pope.
Alfred addressed that a few weeks ago in what was news to me. Apparently there's a movement w/in the church who believes Benedict was forced out illegally and therefore Francis isn't a legit pope.

I don't know if it is exactly the same, but the concept of antipopes has always been fascinating to me.

Benedict is still Pope, but it's being kept secret. On a continually changing, predetermined date, Francis will be removed and his supporters in the Vatican will be arrested as pedophiles.

It has more to do with the fact that he is a Jesuit and there is extreme distrust of the Jesuits among many Catholics

He’s flying all over the world on Air Pope One.

Good conversation between Klatt and Cowherd talking about the USC and LSU jobs. Cowherd believes LSU will offer Tucker the job and he also claims that James Franklin wants the USC job.

The rest of the good pac12 teams I’m sure wouldn’t be worried about Franklin.
When Miami fires Diaz does christobal take the Miami job?.

I think Franklin’s recruiting at USC would be scary for the entire country and have the potential to put them on the Ohio State, Georgia, Clemson level.

He can recruit and will beat the bottom of the conference I’m sure. His play calling and coaching decisions in big games is questionable.

I think Miami might give him a call, but he might be in a better job now. Better resources, much greater commitment from admin to do what it takes to win. Miami has been slowly self destructing for 20 years.

Might be in a better job now? Oregon is so much better than Miami. The only thing holding Cristobal back from making the CFP every year is his game day coaching that ultimately hands them a disappointing loss at least once a year.

I think an argument could be made that Miami has greater potential (better school, closer to better recruiting, nicer climate), but yes, right now Oregon is a better job.
