I get it why SJ would say that or think that. But its probably not the case because good sales people dont volunteer those kinds of things. They bury them down deep.
However, sometimes your perspective client stumbles upon such difficult and ugly facts on their own. And there lies the moment in which you show you may or may not have any integrity.
