Coach Prime Needs To Find House 1 Mile From Campus

I mean, I don’t hate the idea, but I kind of feel like if anybody has earned the right to live in that house, it’s Tad.

I've noticed that the culture in many housing markets promotes "bigger is better", which can blind some buyers to the real value of location when they arrive in an unfamiliar place. I'm not saying that applies to Coach Prime, only that it probably applies to Prime. Erie has great front range views, and seems to be a well-organized municipality, but I experience it as bland. I was there a few weekends ago (buying countertops at Lowes) and was forced into a Starbucks - it was horrible.

Dude has a giant ranch in Texas. His name is Prime. While I agree with you that the "bigger is better" mantra that infects many home buyers is wrong and causes people to spend lots of money on rooms they never enter, I think it's safe to say that Prime likes a big house and space.

Erie is bland. Most interesting thing about it besides the views is the mini bike jump/trail system they've built next to the trash dump.

Niwot has some character I guess.

EZ commute to Folsom. Not to brag, but he personally told me at a fundraiser in Newport Beach that he loved his new house and the community, that his young family was weary of moving all the time, and that he intended to set roots there. Then he went all "Midnight Mel" on us.
 
I’m thinking CP wants a spread outside of Boulder. Im betting he also wants acreage for the solitude. My money is on the likes of Louisville, Niwot or something similar. But I have no clue where 50 to 100 acre properties are available.

There aren’t many, and most can’t be developed. The few that can (or have been) come with a premium.
