'19 CO QB Ty Evans (Signed to NC State)

I'm confident he is about to get a significant ratings bump that we'll be excited about.

He actually just was bumped to a two ⭐️ ⭐️

Just kidding, I am sure if he gets picked in the top twelve tomorrow he will be a four star.

I thought that was just 247's evaluation of the competition. The article mentioned his final day vaulting him into their rankings, but he was already in the top 11 after days one and two in the Elite 11's official rankings, pointing to them being two different rankings lists. Anyway, looking at all the available information, there's a conspiracy if he's not up there in the final rankings put out by the Elite 11.

TL/DR: I'm excited for this guy to be our QB!

Yeah they're two separate lists, 247 has had a separate list going. Good signs nonetheless he'll make the final 12.

Thank you. This is why I was so confused, I didn’t know all the tweets were different, some elite 11 and some 247. Now I can see what the difference is.

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but why does the "Elite 11" have 12 finalists?

I was actually wondering if the order they listed them was the order they finished. If so, that’s phenomenal.
 
Maurer and Evans beat out seven four star QBs to make the finals in Dallas. Do you think we will see a bump before the competition in July? If so, when?

I think he was 11th of 12.
 

After three days of competition, drill work, simulated pro day workouts and 7on7 showcases, that group was filtered down once again into a final 12 names that have earned a trip to Dallas and The Opening Finals (June 30-July 3).

Ty Evans, Monument (Colo.) Palmer Ridge – A complete quarterback that got stronger as the weekend continued in Southern California, Evans has been a star of the offseason. He’s committed to Colorado. 247Sports Composite Pro-Style Ranking: 17.
