2013-14 CU MBB SOS Watch (OOC & Pac-12 Opponents)

Arkansas' impact on our RPI is 0.11% while Gonzaga's is 0.09%, so, RPIwise....not really. Both very distant cousins.

I expect that behavior out of Arkansas, but Gonzaga??? I thought the state of Washington was better than that.

scoob, do you have a site that provides that data or are you running the math for us? Really good info for this thread.

How is RealtimeRPI projecting us to lose both to AFA and CSU?

No respect for CU on the road. Projects the Buffs to lose every single road game.

Remember, though, it's a fluid system. Win against AFA (projected as a 1-point loss), and there's an impact on how CU is predicted to perform in future games.

Then they give us a huge amount of respect for homecourt. They expect us to lose by 3 to KU

:wtf:

Not a great day for the Pac-12, with Cal losing to Cuse and Furd losing to Pitt. Nothing to be ashamed of with those losses, but lost opportunities to make some noise.

Dayton is a tough out. Cal is going to have their hands full. They need to put the loss to 'Cuse behind them right now.

The bad news is that Richard Solomon is still out (eye injury) which cost us the 'Cuse game IMO. The good news is that frosh Rooks gets playing time. Solomon is out again for the near future. Bummer and all but it is what it is...

When did Kravish find a mean streak?

I remember the lightbulb going on for some of your bigs when you hit the Dance last year ("who are these guys?" type thing), but couldn't remember whether Kravish also came on then. He's been a animal this year.

Problem with fighting back from 19 down is you expend a lot of energy just to get even

Tad had a good quote from Larry Brown after the Harvard game. "It's easy to come back in a game. It's really hard to come back and win."
