Shaw is a damn good coach. That first 7 or 8 years was maybe the best run in Stanford history. He's still only 50. Will be interesting to see what he does next.

I kept waiting for it to fall apart after Harbaugh left. Sustaining it for 7 or 8 years proved to me he was a great coach. Not really sure what happened the last few years. Maybe they are victims of the transfer portal as well? Or is it more than that?

Writer for the Gazette mentioned how much Sanford loves living in Colorado and that he’s tired of moving his family. The writer suggested that Northern Colorado should give strong consideration to hiring him for the HC vacancy. I think that is a great suggestion. I hope they consider him if he’s interested.
