2022-23 Coaching Carousel

Writer for the Gazette mentioned how much Sanford loves living in Colorado and that he’s tired of moving his family. The writer suggested that Northern Colorado should give strong consideration to hiring him for the HC vacancy. I think that is a great suggestion. I hope they consider him if he’s interested.
He may actually be a reasonable fit at that level.

It'd be interesting to see if he could actually break out of his pattern of making offenses worse.

I don't think he'd be worse than Eddie Mac, Donkey Mac, or Eddie Mustard. Yes, I've heard all 3 of those. Who knows though.

I actually think he’d be great as a director of recruiting for CU. Just not at his current salary.

McCaffrey made like $190k last year coaching UNC - that’s a huge pay cut to not move again - does he love Colorado that much? And I’m still unclear what his redeeming qualities are that would appeal even to a place like UNC?

Dillingham to ASU seems like a "keep it in the family hire to me". I'd be surprised if he was ready and his emotional press conference only strengthened that concern.
