"failed" P5 coaches are super unattractive for whatever reason to ADs. I think Dillingham is pretty decent, but how is Herman not better than Dillingham in basically every way. I'm super excited for Prime, but if we whiff and we could've had Herman.. ugh

Herman would’ve been a really good fit for Colorado. Maybe he will be again after Prime leaves us to take over Alabama after Saban retires or dies…
That is weird. I would have been ecstatic if we hired him, and he ends up going head to head with FHCMM???
