The NCAA can't lose tomorrow. If North Carolina wins, they get Duke-UNC in Coach K's last Final Four. If Saint Peter's wins, they get Duke vs. the biggest Cinderella EVER in the last Final Four for Coach K. I'd argue the storylines with a hypothetical Duke-Peacocks semifinal are better.

Right. So I’m not sure if I’m pulling for St Pete…or UNC team that might have a better shot to beat Duke.
I think that once that game tips, it's going to be about impossible to watch it and not root for the Peacocks.
I'd go so far as to say that anybody who is NOT rooting for the Peacocks is a ****ing dick.

ACC loyalty would trump a conference I DGAF about regardless, but even if that didn't factor in, my inclination is to root for state schools over private schools; applies even more so when the private school in question is religious based.

Duke and UNC obviously play twice a year but they've never met in the NCAA Tournament
Charlie Moore may be in his 17th season, but he's really blossomed in Miami.
