2022 NCAA Tournament Thread

Rammie coming apart at the seams. Double digit lead they had down to 3. Does Niko Medved have just that one concerned facial expression and thats it?
They look shook. And yet Michigan is so bad they still can't take full advantage of what they're being given.

Rams just shot their first free throw 28 minutes in to the game. Refs sucking off UM as well.
CSU looks like ****. Michigan can barely take advantage. Officials letting them play, but haven't seen much in the way of blatant missed calls.

Jamie Erdahl is hot.

****ing goats are choking... per usual... have let the fact that their outside shooting has cooled off effect every other part of their game.

I am, they're letting them play for the most part, but taking your first FT that late is fishy.
I get what you're saying. I hate refs more than anyone else on this board, but I think it's been consistent and without any blatantly bad calls.

Excited Michigan Football GIF by Michigan Athletics

So, I bet Mich, 5 minutes later learn their starting PG is out.
Well, it barely worked out:

Win - 2 Team Parlay
  • Michigan -2.0 (-110)Michigan (#11) @ Colorado State (#6)
  • Over 137.5 (-105)Michigan (#11) @ Colorado State (#6)

Poor CSU, although I have to admit I was pulling for them just to have a CO team do well

I know you're talking about doing well in the NCAA tourney, but I think CU did pretty well this season. A 21 win season and a win over the #2 team in the nation and giving them a tough game in the conference tourney bodes well for the future IMO.

Also ... while unlike many on this board, I have no hate for CSU. But I also have to take into account that in both MBB and football we have to compete with them on in-state recruiting. I'd rather see us be in the catbird seat in that regard.

Competing? There might be 1-2 kids in this state who can play at the Power 7 level.

As much as it would destroy my bracket, I want to see Iowa lose early again.

I had CSU winning today, but losing next round, so my bracket isn't too furked.

Except we don't really recruit against them.

The only time they seriously compete with us for a recruit in either sport is when that recruit is a CSU legacy.

They are a middle of the road MWC program. If we are seriously after the recruits that they are in on we will never compete in the PAC12.

This year they have far exceeded their historical norms. Part of this is getting a recruit in Roddy who did have major program interest who ended up as a much better player than he was expected to be out of HS and is their star.

Cripes, Longwood would get blown out in the NIT. That's a terrible team from a pretty awful conference.
