I will coach the team for free. Why pay for 0-10? Dedicate the salary to a fund to pay NIL for good recruits and the few remaining players that deserve it.

The team was 4-8 last season. It is not about the departures. It is about the arrivals. I don't want to lose any freshmen or sophmore players.
So the way to get better is to lose the most talented players?

Considering Sanford doesn't throw the ball, I'm more upset about the embarrassment of losing a legacy than I am about losing potential on field production.
You realize there are not that many open roster spots right? To get there we'd need about 35 total transfers out.
CU has at most 7 counters left regardless of how many more scholarships open up. Can we send all BB2 posts straight to the island?

No, keep one spot available for Andrew Paul, use the remaining spots for upperclassmen. Make a grocery list and go shopping. Even with the loss of Stanley , we don't need another receiver.
Need a CB, a safety, LT, OG, DL, and a RB.
