not sure what you are saying here, but i lived in El Paso and southern New Mexico for a while. and a lot has been posted on this board (not all but some by me) about how hard it is to win football in New Mexico. and why hoops has more appeal.

in a response about a man dying who had success in a way that made us talking at all on a sports message board.

Cowboy fans I know have been hating on Dunn for a time. Given the impressive list of OC's that have cycled through Stillwater under Gundy, I'm inclined to believe them: Holgerson, Larry Fedora, Yurcich (sp), Monken, off the top of my head....they have been crap at recruiting the QB position so I don't know about Dunn recruiting. Mason Rudolph is 10 years ago. maybe.

Nardo is some flier D 2 hire that wasn't good.

For anything, Gundy has been awesome at hiring assistants....DC Knowles went from OK state to Ohio State.

Ivy calls themselves non-scholarship, but every athlete is on an “academic” scholarship. I asked about that during tours and Penn and Princeton this summer.

I don't know anything about EB's character or personal life or morals or whatever, but lacking any other information than we have, I'd usually guess something really ugly happened that is being kept under an NDA.

I have a high school buddy who had a Harvard offer for football with exactly that set up, decided instead to also attend San Diego, not play football, and get really into drugs while living by the beach. Pretty sure he’s happy with his decision as he lives on a small farm in middle of nowhere Türkiye now.

Doesn't that scream for him to go quietly to a lesser G5 program, and refine all the weaknesses that he has and if it works there, you come back up, or if it does not, stay there and collect checks. If Odom moves on from UNLV, that would be a great job

No, me saying that someone is a position coach doesn't scream G5 HC to me.

Option A = Lower level HC
Option B = NFL RB Coach / Maybe an OC if anyone will have him

I will always stand up for EB on his RB Coaching, he is good for that

Sad to see him not figuring anything out, and that is why a lower level with less eyeballs and less pressure would be better to figure his shyt out

I am not sure why EB gets blamed for Garbers throwing picks.
