I was perusing 247 and the available transfer players by position where for some they just refer to their HS rating (they have not been rated in portal) and there are so many 4* guys from HS still available. The wash-out rate for HS blue-chip recruits is so much higher than I would have ever imagined.
 
Saw this and obviously people are hoping he comes here, but the portal has been closed for weeks now and he enrolled in classes at Miami. I don't see how he could enter the portal at this point.
