There should be a time limit on how the long the defense has to make a substitution.

Should be on both.

Offense can’t sub with less than say 15 seconds.

Defense has 10 seconds to complete substitution.

You guys seem to be counting out Penn State. We all know Franklin can't win the big game but that will change at some point and they have played well so far in the CFP, albeit against competition that they should have been good against.

SMU self destructed, and Boise couldn't compete with them.

Two things with Notre Dame-One, I think they hit another level after the NIU fiasco. 12 straight wins, and only Louisville played them to within 10 points. Two, big coaching advantage there over PSU. Golden and Denbrock are two of the best coordinators in the sport.
