Catching any kind of cancer early is key, some types more than others, but it's definitely a plus. Hope the best for him.

Yeah Prime absolutely loves Lauren and I would bet money that when he decides to leave CU he will give her an unbelievable offer to be his personal trainer/physical therapist and make sure she’s well taken care of. And she deserves it.

I remember seeing an interview with Lauren during early times after Deion's arrival in Boulder. She recounted when Coach announced his departure from Jackson State, and asked him if she would be included in the move to Boulder. His reaction was one of surprise, like "what, of course you will be included."
Man. What a press conference. I could feel the energy. I think we are on the brink of a special season.

and by being this transparent, he shuts down some of the negative recruiting we face.
pitch perfect. I know a lot of you aren't old enough to really have been on board when Coach Mac was here, but that man was a freaking presence and a leader and knew how to get a team to perform. Coach Prime's qualities sure seem a lot like that.
all of you bitching about RG need to let it go. this single hire alone may be the greatest thing an AD could do for CU.

I'm lowkey on a pissed off simmer at all the pseudo journalists who put out that Coach Prime was announcing a medical retirement today.
I actually got in an argument this morning with a woman at work who doesn't even follow college football but was 100% certain that she was right that Prime was announcing retirement today. Would not hear it when I said that I actually know people around the program and who work at the university, that the presser will be to talk about his health issues, give thanks to his doctors, publicize the condition & public health, and announce that he's fired up to coach & continue with his mission.
I enjoyed it a few hours later when I got to say, "My wife just texted me. Coach Prime is cancer free and more motivated than ever. Nikita doesn't usually get emotional, but she was so inspired that she was crying."
