CU at Texas Tech 11/9 @ 2pm MT on FOX

The change in culture for this team has been everything. Guys compete. They know they will be rewarded. They teach each other. They help each other. They push each other. Prime did exactly what he said he would do. This is why the 2023 exodus was necessary. Prime had for the foresight to recognize that.

Random observations:

Our DL has more dawgs than the pound
Hodge was destroyed all game. They clearly game planned to throw at him
NHG’s INT was unbelievable
I thought Hodge played well overall. I think he played better in zone coverage, but was adequate in man coverage. TTU had some well designed pick plays in the first half that I honestly thought should be flagged

FU Texas Tech! 51 years ago you sent me a letter asking me not to return. Sure, my first semester I had a 0.65 gpa. But I put in the work and tripled it to a 1.7. Clearly I was on an upward path to success. But you kicked me to the curb anyway.

AND I WENT ON TO FINISH IN THE TOP 10% IN MY CLASS IN CIVIL ENGINEERING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO - DENVER BABY! SO FU!

And I still have sand grains in my teeth from the incessant wind blown dirt that blows across Lubbock almost every day.
I have to say, this is a damn good post.

Brother, It seems like you should be down on your knees thanking those panhandle pricks every day of your damn life. You could be living in Midland right now.

Well, I was pretty fvcking pissed off with that first quarter. I'm happy they woke the fvck up and got the win. Say we win out and win the BigXll title and get in the playoff. We come out flat against one of the big dogs, we'll get our asses whipped by 50. You gotta be ready from jump and stop fvcking around. I'm pretty sure THunt would agree, that dude was getting way pissed off.

I thought about that same thing. But corn tortillas aren’t as durable as four tortillas. Plus they are way smaller.

What the almighty white boy stuff are you smoking? Tortillas are made out of corn. "Flour tortillas" are not real tortillas.

STOP AND THINK. Exactly 2 years ago today we were sitting at 1-9. We had just lost to USC by 38. JT Shrout had passed for a whopping 124 yards. Jack Mofo-ing Hestera was our leading receiver with 39 yards in that game. We were the 3rd worst offense in P5. We were dead last in team defense.

I FREAKIN' LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!

The tortilla tradition is cool, but not when it is just happening the entire game. I'm surprised the conference has let that continue
Yeah. I thought it was just at the start and it looked like a fun tradition on tv. I didn't realize it was a whole game thing with other garbage substituted once they ran out of tortillas.

I think that was a CU specific thing. Unless they've gotten a lot worse with it in recent years.

I don't remember it being this bad in the old Big 12.
