Phil gets paid
I mean sure. Seems like a lowball offer and at 1 year. Seems he didn’t have much of a market. I guess he is betting on himself

Seems an odd choice to take that contract. Houston seems like it’s going in the wrong direction, too. Really hope it works out for him.Only one guaranteed and that’s a crowded backfield. I thought he was gonna have a bigger market.

Who else is going to bet on him?himI mean sure. Seems like a lowball offer and at 1 year. Seems he didn’t have much of a market. I guess he is betting on himself
And he did it on essentially half the receptions of the other 2 guys.
Most things I’ve seen is 6th or 7th, if not UDFA. Really thought he could have benefited from one more full seasonAnyone seen any mock drafts with Will Sherman? Poked around a couple and both had him undrafted. That would be disappointing
No but funny story - so last week I'm in Florida visiting elderly mother in the middle of SEC/ACC country. And she's old-fashioned and still gets a town newspaper physically delivered to her house every day. I pick up the Sports page and open it, and there is big photo of Will Sherman with a story on the Buffs Pro Day. That's the only college football story in the paper that day. I'm like... is this a slow news day or do the Buffs now have nationwide appeal? Turns out to be an AP wire story picked up by newspapers everywhere:Anyone seen any mock drafts with Will Sherman? Now that we have the Champions center and a state of the art training complex I would love to see CU coordinate with the NFL teams and do not just a CU pro day but a Rocky Mountain regional one or two day combine type event. No but funny story - so last week I'm in Florida visiting elderly mother in the middle of SEC/ACC country. Pro days key for NFL hopefuls with no combine this year

Went to a team that has had a good number of lower round picks, including OL succeed and go on to solid careers.Sherman made the right choice. He might have moved up a round with another year in college, but sixth round is not bad.
Especially with his inability to turn his head!Crawley has managed to make a nice living playing football. Good for him.
I wonder how Viska feels about a QB that has the potential to feed him the ball where he needs it?Having a healthy Viska should make Lawrence's adjustment to the NFL much easier.
