Shrout is your QB, even if we had a functional OL running might give us a better chance.Of course we run on 3rd and 12. Of ****ing course.

I think we’re trying to wear their offense out.Is our strategy to run out the clock? Shouldn’t we have a lead before initiating that?
Yeah. Right.Shrout is your QB, even if we had a functional OL running might give us a better chance.
I really do think he's trying, but much of the team seems demoralized. I can't blame the players for that - it's an uphill battle. In that aspect I actually think he has done a good job.
He has tried to keep players engaged and I've seen more emotion and effort out of the team.
These guys aren't stupid though. They know they are 1-9 and they know that has a lot to do with lack of talent on the roster.
The actual coaching, play calling, preparation elements look like they are still amateur hour with busted plays and senseless late calls but after KD that is hard to get together in season as well.
Team will be much more responsive next week (final game, ever for some, and at home). Hard to get a 1-9 team up for a road game in the next-to-last week.I really do think he's trying, but much of the team seems demoralized. I can't blame the players for that - it's an uphill battle.
Locals were kind of excited, to be honest, compared to the Jimmy Lake disaster. DeBoer follows the typical successful UW coach profile -- smaller college, did well, moves to the lake and starts something good. Look at Don James, Chris Petersen for examples. Was the W coach considered a great hire at the time?
I’m sure they’ll get a totally meaningless tud in the 4QWhat are the odds of a shutout?
The offseason hire of Sanford was the clue.I didn’t think we could actually regress. How does one regress from pitiful.
