Eric Bieniemy - OC Kansas City Chiefs (NFL)

You appear willing to excuse the drop in production for KC by pointing out extraneous factors while ignoring the extraneous factors present in Washington.
Hmmm. It's almost as if there's some other detail that is making him apply his analysis in an unequal way.

Commandos have worse talent this season and outperformed that talent. KCC got worse with mostly the same talent.
Worse how? Their key losses were jd mckissic, Heinicke and Wentz. Every other starter/contributor was back and they added depth on their oline.

2022 Washington averaged 9 more yards/game but 1 point/game less than 2023 Washington. They weren’t good last year with a **** roster and there was slight improvement this year with essentially the same **** roster.

EB has long been a HC candidate but nobody thought he was integral to the Chiefs offensive success. In the first year without him as OC in 5 years, their offense looks really bad.

It’s not just about what he’s doing, but what KC and Mahomes are no longer doing that suggests he was an integral part of their success. That will get GMs to inquire

That's how you judge a coordinator: did he get the talent he had to play to its potential? The answer for EB is a definitive yes.

So Rivera is fired
Harris is bringing in outside consultants to redesign how the Commanders operate
What now for EB?
He gets ready for HC interviews
Where does he land?

chargers would be ideal, IMO. Lots of offensive talent in a mediocre division.

I could see him as plan B to Harbaugh
Was the move to the Commanders positive, negative, or neutral?
I feel like it was good to get away, but not sure if he has any more cred or is in any way a hot candidate
Crazy comment here, but what if EB was hired by Prime for our OC?
