Julmisse arrested Thursday, court appearance Friday - dismissed from the team

Unfortunately for him and us I think the chances of him ever playing a down for CU are close to zero and moving towards it fast.

Best case scenario for him is to take a year and get all the legal stuff straightened out, get some community service and counseling. He may even have to spend a short time in jail but keep it to a minimum.

From there go to a JC where he can get back on track academically, athletically, and most importantly with life in general. From there transfer to a 4 year school and finish off what he can.

Since he still has his RS year so if he takes this year off he should still have 3 to play 3 and hopefully finish his degree on time.

Best car scenario is he is suspended from team activities for the whole year but able to stay on campus and work through the situation with judicial affairs. Stay here, complete classes and serve his punishment of sitting out this year and whatever the school/legal process wants.

Let's see how it plays out. We really don't know what he did, just a bit of what he was accused of doing.

One thing I know about MacIntyre is that he will give a guy a path back if at all possible.

I'd love to see this but don't hold out a lot of hope for it.

With the second infraction, this was a foregone conclusion. Too bad, best of luck to him.

Truth. It was the second infraction that probably did him in. The first was by most accounts a fairly minor spat. Had that been it, he'd probably be suiting up again this year, probably before conference play. The second one, though, ooof.

I'd say it's very unlikely he will come back. Doing so would require him to do some things that he's probably not that thrilled to do - like sit out a year. I can easily see him given some kind of minor punishment for his recent infractions (let's face it, what he did isn't that egregious) and then transferring to another school.

He's going to sit out this year no matter what though, unless he goes juco but that doesn't really rule anything out.

There is no doubt he'll be suspended from school and, therefore, wouldn't he have to be removed from the roster? Isn't this similar to what happened to Tupou who was not a Buff in 2015? I'd bet Mac has put it on him that if he wants to be a Buff again he will have to prove himself. I'm not giving up on him and I'm betting Mac isn't either.

People said we would never see Tupou back as well. MM seems to really set a plan that works for these types of situations.

Also worth noting his court cases are still pending. He might not even face the school disciplinary board until next semester.

I think it is a long shot he gets back on the roster again.
