I agreed with you and said that he was likely a 25-30 rec for 400 yard and 2 TD kind of guy in that offense as WR3/4 and that’s exactly what he’s on pace for at the moment
Rice is catchless tonight so far.

Normally I would agree, but judging how catatonic Dorrell was, I can't blame him.
I didn't say I blamed him. Well, not for leaving CU at least. I blame anybody who chooses USC though. I'm not just talking football either.
Rice may play a larger role if the injury to Addison was significant.

That's one gigantic ****ing shadow. Anybody that had that expectation of him, give me a ****ing break. His dad was only the best to ever play the position. Damn near impossible for anybody to live up to that.
To compare, Arias is 18 for 295, 1TD in the role Rice would have had at CU and, I suspect, would have outperformed.
As nik said, though, he’d be WR1 in this offense, which is more Arias numbers, and I think we are all in agreement that Rice would have likely made more plays than Arias has

Yeah I just think Rice wanted out for reasons other than his projected numbers this year (coaching, losing, terrible offense, etc). I’m more surprised he didn’t go to another program where he could have been a #1 on a good team, but I’m sure a 19 year old being given an offer from USC and Lincoln Riley is hard to pass up.
He should have transferred somewhere where he’d have been the clear #1 WR. It was a very bad decision.

Need to get Arias in front of the jugs gun, daily. For every hard catch he'll make, he'll drop 2 or 3 routine ones. Dude needs to find some consistency. I don't expect him to become Velcro Hands Chris Carter, but it would help him. Put in the damn work if you wanna be good.
