NBA (and other pro league) Buffs

I can see it helping G League merchandising, but there is zero way that it moves the needle at all on attendance.
 
LOL I don't think Bronny is going in the first round...at least he has some NIL deals such as that Nike contract thanks to Daddy.
 
USC attendance increased their basketball attendance by 56.7% last year. They jumped from 4k fans a game to 6300 that was good for 8th in the conference. What an improvement over 2022-2023 where they also finished 8th. Better increase the stadiums in the g-league now
 
According to TV, with 5 minutes left, Boston had more blocked shots than D had assists. Never heard that before.

not sure why but I find this Dallas team to be very meh. I hope this is the only year they’re in the finals, and I grew up rooting hard for the Nowitzki and Terry squad

Luka is undeniably great, and they've been riding a lot of good Kyrie play. But Kyrie might be the highest variance player in the league, his best performances are all-NBA caliber, at his worst he's almost unplayable. And he's enough of a lunatic that you can get both ends of the spectrum in the same quarter from him. That trade for PJ Washington and Gafford was a really great trade for them, Washington fits in so well, and Gafford plus Lively is a really good rim running combo to play with Luka.
 
I think more than anything, it's just a bad matchup for Dallas. Boston has length all over the damn court and have some dogs. I don't think they'll get blown out every game, but they're gonna have to climb Mount Everest.
