If it's typical CU they are going to announce that they have finally recognized that NIL is going to be something they have to deal with so they are forming a committee to study it.
They will be making sure that the committee includes representatives who can insure that all angles are evaluated including all types of inclusivity, global climate change, social justice, and cancer research.
Meetings will be held in a conference room in the athletic facility and rented from the Athletic Department but with rent and any other charges they can figure out sent to Dr Phil's slush fund unless the meetings are to include Dr. Phil or other high level administrators in which case they will be held at a golf resort in Hawaii again at Athletic Department expense.
We should expect a preliminary summary of finding in no less than 3 years.

It is interesting that if you search NIL on Twitter, you see many, many of these tweets, worded almost identically, from schools all across the country, including big time football schools like Georgia. So it’s not all 2nd tier schools. Something is certainly going on, if this is all rolling out at the same time across the country.
