The interview, if anyone’s interested. Not premium.I hadn’t heard the story that last year’s OL were looking for Matt McChesney during games, because they weren’t getting any help from their OL “coach” (re misplaced lobster fisherman). Heard that on Adam’s podcast. Gads.
Having a real coach could be a quantum leap of improvement.
Can you do that as a haiku please?
As Lewis started all games last year and has had another off season to improve, I can't believe he is the answer. Hoping I see Shrout trot on the field vs TCU.Are we expected an announcement on the starting QB prior to Friday?

Is Lewis a good runner? Feel like Montez and Sefo were better.Hoping to see (alot) more Shrout than Lewis, but still want to see Lewis mixed in using his legs. Really hoping for a more dynamic offense than we've seen where we can utilize our skillsets to take advantage of D.
Is Lewis a good runner? Feel like Montez and Sefo were better.
Yeah, I was going to say that there is no reason to name a starter at this point. Not that I think it gives TCU that much of an edge, but they can at least adjust their game plan some.Don't believe so. No need to do so either.
Agree. That’s my point.Sefo was effective, just got too beat up on designed runs.
Montez was mostly ineffective as a runner.
Hmmm, not sure I understand your point. In my opinion Lewis is a better runner than Sefo and Montez. He was a true dual threat QB coming out of HS, has had some big runs in College, and is built to punish on the ground.Agree. That’s my point.
Agree. That’s my point.
Sefo was a great runner. It was just unusual from a QB because it wasn't speed or elusiveness but powers behind the OT.Hmmm, not sure I understand your point. In my opinion Lewis is a better runner than Sefo and Montez. He was a true dual threat QB coming out of HS, has had some big runs in College, and is built to punish on the ground.
He is one tough dude. That’s for sure.Hmmm, not sure I understand your point. In my opinion Lewis is a better runner than Sefo and Montez. He was a true dual threat QB coming out of HS, has had some big runs in College, and is built to punish on the ground.
Montez, Mr. Idk where the ****ing first down marker is, I'll just slide anyway. Sefo played hard as ****, got beat up doing it.Sefo was effective, just got too beat up on designed runs.
Montez was mostly ineffective as a runner.
Good point, basing Lewis off of Chev's debacle might filter a little bias...I'd love to see Lewis use his legs in a more confident offensive game plan.I'd go with Sefo simply because it was the type of running that did the most to consistently give us an offense that could win games. Montez gave us the most big play potential and it was great when he was hot. Lewis was so indecisive with everything he did last year that I don't judge him favorably.
…after his one great Oregon game, where he ran all over the field. Funny, he was in awful shape for that game gassed after every run; once he got in better shape, he never had a game like that again—that I can recall.Sefo was effective, just got too beat up on designed runs.
Montez was mostly ineffective as a runner.
What happens if you do that with a tuition payment. I see it roughly equal.Sigh.
I suppose I could have started a new thread, but this will be fine here: I got an email from the CU AD today (note todays date) telling me that they have shipped my parking pass and that if I don’t receive it by August 22, to notify them (again, please note todays date, then compare to the previously mentioned deadline that CU told me I should receive said parking pass). ****ing amateur hour.
Can you use “and” in a haiku?Venn diagrams and

No. It’s a surprise. Are we expected an announcement on the starting QB prior to Friday?
Apparently so.Can you use “and” in a haiku?
It was his hips.Sefo was effective, just got too beat up on designed runs.
And if not, I'll gladly substitute "form" for "and"......Can you use “and” in a haiku?
Montez could have been a pretty decent threat as a runner but something was coached out of him. The Montez we saw against Oregon was not what we saw with him as a full time starter.Sefo was effective, just got too beat up on designed runs.
Montez was mostly ineffective as a runner.
Yeah, thought so as well. Poster on 247 is saying that Dorrell and Sanford are at odds with starter. If so. ****. ShowBio says he works in the AD. But really weird for him to tweet that at all if he does know. Odd.
