Good move. He flexed last year, but they now have him listed at 290. I want to say he arrived at 260.Brandon Davis-Swain's move inside is officially official.![]()
Hodge is running B/R position. The 5 in the 4-2-5. Yates running CB.What positions? Hodge isn’t a Safety
Gotta stay healthy. I imagine someone like Mikel or Drelon see reps there
Usually with camp reports, if I hear something like "the offense ran the ball well" I'm at least half hearing it as "the defense is horrible against the run." This year, I'll eat it up as a positive with any reports of our OL opening holes and protecting the QB, because I know what our defense returns and added to a group that I have a good understanding of regarding their baseline capabilities.
Was it last year or the year before when they had a fall open scrimmage at a Denver public HS? I remember reports about how bad the o-line looked, especially in run blocking.Usually with camp reports, if I hear something like "the offense ran the ball well" I'm at least half hearing it as "the defense is horrible against the run." That, I couldn't tell you. I don't remember having a line this big, even 2001. Looks like an NFL o-line size wise. Hope they can move a.bit too.when was the last time we had a set OL starting 5 coming into camp?
I don't know. What I do know is that I haven't had confidence in the CU run game since Phillip Lindsay graduated. Was it last year or the year before when they had a fall open scrimmage at a Denver public HS? I remember reports about how bad the o-line looked, especially in run blocking.

Different angle of that catchO Miller is set to have a monster year. I have been very excited about him since he was signed.
With 4 scholarship RBs, we could use a couple of TEs who can line up in the backfield, carry the ball and block. Williams, an unrated redshirt out of IMG looks interesting.I'm excited to see more balance on offense. However, there are just too many dudes at WR and not enough at RB. You will see more designed runs for Salter, options, runs out of RPO, etc.
The offense had a ton of short, quick hitters to Hunter, Wester, and Horn. We won't see that as much this year, but do think it'll still lean more pass than run. WR and dline are the two most talented positions on the team. Coaches will have to lean on them more times than not.
Our 2024 defense led the Big 12 in sacks, interceptions, forced fumbles, and fumble recoveries. 2025 unit is better.I am buying into what I'm seeing way too much. The team as a whole seems like a tier above previous years. Just seems like more of what I expect from a P5 team
Game plan evolving too.Our 2024 defense led the Big 12 in sacks, interceptions, forced fumbles, and fumble recoveries. 2025 unit is better.
I’m waiting to hear something about loose hips.I need to know who is unblockable. I need to know who has an unreal backpedal.
Most of all, I need power clean numbers.
4 is plenty. The TE position is vastly different than the FB position. We won't be doing anything like what you proposed. It's not 1986. Williams will never see the field at CU. He's currently 5th on the depth chart at the position. Howell and Adam took the easy way out and mentioned Seaton because they have no idea who else got bigger and stronger. With 4 scholarship RBs, we could use a couple of TEs who can line up in the backfield, carry the ball and block. Howell and Adam M said a number of guys are noticeably bigger and stronger this year. They mentioned Seaton. Lots of praise for the SC guy.
