My son just signed his 2025-2026 lease on a house in Boulder with 3 buddies as they all venture forth into Year 5 of Undergrad. God Bless those sumbitches. They're doing it right.

Hotel Del Coronado. Walking around to see some of the recent renovations. Ran across a CU professor who apparently had Shilo in one of her classes. SkoBuffs!
How are the renovations? We were there last summer and the place was a mess.

It’s really nice. We visit the area often and it was kind of weird to see it without all the cranes and scaffolding. The two big rooms right off the main entrance (Crown Room and Coronet??) are spectacular. The restoration of the woodwork on the ceiling is beautifully done. And the huge Crown chandeliers are cool.

Not quite a sko buffs, but my folks were in town helping me get settled into my new place in STL and we were ona grocery run when my father brought the front of my cart to my attention....

Edit: Sorry for the poor image quality...file size limit blows haha

This definitely counts.

Probably not surprising but ran into a ton of CU students on Mt Sherman and Quandary Peak this week, but even old farts my age were giving my kid a “Go Buffs” as they passed by.

BTW, what is the age cutoff where you hear Sko Buffs vs Go Buffs? Seems like mid to late 20s.

Sko Buffs is simply not in my lexicon. The recent graduates around our season ticket seats all use Sko Buffs exclusively.

Basically, anyone on the plus side of 35 (i.e. on this board) is likely better off sticking with Go Buffs.

I'm pretty sure I was in school when kids started saying it which would have been '08-'12.

Anywhere and everywhere. I got a.few when I went down to Texas when my brother in law got sick a few months back. Come to find out, he's a diabetic and didn't know it.
