Callahan?
This was my thought, too. It destroys the neat little narrative that guy put together in that tweet, but Callahan was 27-22 (.551) in his time at nubs (right between Solich and Pelini, for those who forgot).

However, still accurate to say that even Mike Riley had a much better overall record there than Scott Frost.

Karl Dorell has a better record at CU than Frosty has at nubs- and we want to run KD out of town.

KD could lose every game on the schedule for the rest of his tenure (he very well might!), and still not equal the number of losses Frosty has until 2023.

…than Frosty ever had at Nebraska; including last year.

Dude's a good coach in an impossible spot. FCS level program trying to compete in FBS without conference support.
Isn't going to get easier for them.

After their bye they go to Hawaii, play Utah State, then go to Alabama and Kentucky before finishing with UMass.

Hard to see any existing conference wanting them. They don't have much of a TV market and don't fill their own stadium much less travel.

Another school that should look at going FCS. The Southland Conference would be a good fit.

Just looked at their recruiting and it’s currently much worse than I expected for VCs and they just had a 3 star twist off to head elsewhere.
Frost typically recruits well so things are going to be really rough for him if he can’t even get Top 50 recruits (small class size though)

Their recruiting is suspect anyways as they have shown a propensity for losing their highest rated players to the portal. Many before they even step foot on campus.

Me watching CU,then remembering Nebraska still sucks
I Guess If You Say So GIF
