They love Lindsay. Constantly showing him and talking about him. Love it.
Got snaps with the first team offense and performed. He's made the team. No question.I think we should be passed Lindsay making the team, guys. At this point, its how often they use him in the running and passing game.
Just a reminder that when Phillip makes the 53, his salary will be $480,000 this year and he is on a 3 year deal.

2019: $570k

So how does something like this work? Does he renegotiate now or does he have to perform for a season first?Just a reminder that when Phillip makes the 53, his salary will be $480,000 this year and he is on a 3 year deal.

That’s his contract for 3 seasons, just like any other draft pick. It’s the ****ty part about being an UDFA but at least he got to choose where he went.So how does something like this work? Does he renegotiate now or does he have to perform for a season first?
So I hear about players renegotiating pretty regularly. Is there a policy difference with udfa’s or is it just a matter of udfa’s not having the standing to pull it off? That’s his contract for 3 seasons, just like any other draft pick. Players and teams can renegotiate whenever they want, but teams aren’t usually inclined to do so, and they hold all the power, especially over the low round or UDFA types. Typically a renegotiation occurs when a player is going into the last year of a contract or maybe the second to last year of one thatbge has significantly outperformed. So I hear about players renegotiating pretty regularly.
