A lot of QB issues tend to clear up between the first and second games of the season.Alabama, Texas, and tOSU have QB issues
Our series with Northwestern starts next year IIRCB1G Northwestern blown out by Tulane. Going to be a long season for them.
Kent State won't repeat last years winless record, beat FCS Merrimack.
I think it’s a case of these guys are all making their first career starts (first against a real team for Arch), but they also may not be ready for the big time eitherA lot of QB issues tend to clear up between the first and second games of the season.
Vroom vroom, mother ****ers!!!
The boat race is on? De Boer is gonna get Da Boot.florida st. seems to have found a good QB
That was an impossible job. You make top dollar, but even if you win a couple SEC titles and a natty within a 5-year period, the boosters & fans will hate you for how much you let the program slip. The poor sap who decided it was a good idea to take the Alabama job after Saban.
It’s also a weird cultural fit. Not quite Brian Kelly in Baton Rouge misfit, but close. Was surprised he took the 'bama job. Remember reading about him and he has an unbelievable winning percentage everywhere he's been. But following Saban is impossible.
After CP lost to Georgia Tech at home? Nah, the CP to anywhere bigger than CU talk is dead for a whileGotta imagine come Monday morning Stephen A is gonna start the CP to 'bama BS.
Prime has lost 3 out of his last 4 games. I'm not sure Saban ever did that.Gotta imagine come Monday morning Stephen A is gonna start the CP to 'bama BS.
Just like with the Bear, with Schembechler and Hayes, etc. the legend grows when they are gone. Even if Saban had stayed it was unlikely he would have been able to keep up the pace but for the following coach even being as good isn't good enough, and very unlikely. That was an impossible job. I watched most of the Tennessee game today. He is a super star in that defense.Damn I remember when some people on here said C Hood would barely play for Tennessee
Wasn't his reason for leaving that he was showing solidarity with his brother who had decided to leave over depth chart status and not a decision he would have made on his own?I watched most of the Tennessee game today. He is a super star in that defense.
Can't believe we didn't keep him
I can't believe he left because he wanted his brother to be gifted playing time.I watched most of the Tennessee game today. He is a super star in that defense.

DeBoer isn’t lasting long at this rate. Shouldn’t have taken that job
No, this is not true.Wasn't his reason for leaving that he was showing solidarity with his brother who had decided to leave over depth chart status and not a decision he would have made on his own?
