Stoopsie needs to have his guys run tackling drills this coming week. That attempted "tackle" on the long BU pass play that was called back was weak as ****.

Brady Quinn and his announcing partner look like the types of guys who like to take a nude steam together before the broadcast. nttiawwt

Tremendous television in the Penn St-Indiana game about kids trying to get a football out of a tree.

So, Tennessee still has a legitimate shot at winning the SEC East. That would be hilarious. Somehow I'm rooting for it, and for them to beat Bama in the SEC Champ game. It's a weird feeling, I'm so used to feeling schadenfreude for Butch Jones failures.

Pssssh, they're not going to show the replay. Was it that bad?

They showed it initially ... let's just say that his left foot was pointing in the wrong direction. Either a radial fracture of the tibia/fiblula, or a catastrophic knee injury.

Yeah, just saw what Nik posted. They put a pressure splint on it. Tough for Russell, even if he plays for Bailer you don't wish this kind of thing upon him.

That was an ugly replay, foot isn't supposed to go that way.

In addition to broken bone(s) or damaged joint he is going to have a lot of torn up ligaments and muscles, rehab isn't going to be easy.

Alabama has some weak areas that can be exploited.
By who? I hate Bama and want to see them lose but they look to be head and shoulders above the rest of college football.

The hope is that they have a bad game, get some bad breaks, and somebody pulls one out against them. Nobody is beating them straight up this year.

Washington has the ability. Their pass D isn't great and their QB is a true freshman that teams are starting to figure out how to stop. I'm not saying they are easily beatable by any stretch, but as the season goes on, they are showing they are not invincible. The were tied 0-0 in the 4th with LSU. That doesn't scream world beater to me.

Here's a good read on the 19 teams we can consider to have at least a prayer left to get into the CFP

Basically, you have to be undefeated in the Go5, a one loss P5 team or win a P5 conference championship game with a max of two losses to get in under any scenario.

So, yes, CU is one of those teams that is still alive; along with Washington State, Utah, and Washington. If we could KO those team as our closing statement for 2016 there is hope. Sort of like the close of 2001.

Also, fivethirtyeight gives us an 8% chance to make the playoff, and a 47% chance to make it if we win out.

There is hope......

In at the point I never thought I'd get to but rooting from Texas. Their boosters suck so bad that I want Strong to be successful, kind of.
